Tom Miller and Fairway Auto Wholesale practice business in a manner which we all wish it should be conducted, with honesty, respect, trust, zero pressure and great value. I'm 45, I've purchased many vehicles, homes (And haircuts to the point of giving up and shaving my head for 20+ years. $13 every two weeks? We're talking sizable savings.), but I digress, I'd rather have a healthy tooth extracted without anesthetic than buy a car. I shopped for this purchase for over a month. There were "phantom" cars, shady characters, pushy salesmen (that are still calling even after being told that I found what I needed), cars priced far above their worth and all of the things you know you detest about car buying. Each time I bought I felt an empty, sinking feeling or buyers remorse even if I got a great car at a fair price. The process was just miserable and time consuming. This experience changed my perception about car buying and a bit about life in general. There are indeed honest professionals who value integrity more than the dollar. I've told everyone I've spoken to about this experience and I hope that Tom & Kevin are able to reap the rewards of my testimony. This process took all of 40 minutes including the test drive. Was in the market for a convertible, and they happened to have a super low mileage Solstice. Went to test drive it, Kevin didn't pressure me at all. Brought my wife the next day to take a look at it, and she was concerned that it didn't have enough storage space - he let us take it home for the night! We live almost 30 miles away. Who does that?!? Prices are fair, but non-negotiable. When we decided to pull the trigger, we were there less than half an hour for paperwork. Overall, great experience. They made everything so relaxed and easy! When my branch bank was unable to fund on the day of our test drive they allowed me to take the car to Tucson and finish the banking from Tucson. She was in such clean condition that I told my friend Jeff not to sit in her or he'd ended up buying her and I WAS RIGHT! One trip around the block and that car was SOLD! The best part about it was that Tom just sat back and let him make the decision. Jeff was not only pleased with the car, but the ease of getting his financing on board and the correct extended warranty. When the stars aline, everybody wins! Check these guys out first. They took our word on the purchase without any downpayment. They insisted that once the bodywork was finished we needed to do a ride in the vehicle to see if it would fit us and we would still want it. After the purchase we found that a few small items needed to be done to bring the vehicle to driving level. Those were done by us at our expense: replacement of one tire to match the other 3 replacement of the broken oil dipstick holder and stick to stop an oil leak replacement of one broken fog light replacement of the key for unlocking the lug bolts, and then replacement of all other lugs to fit that key oil change and gas filter change to be able to comfortably count on the vehicle To this point we love the vehicle and enjoy driving it daily. Unfortunately he does not use Yelp* so I asked if I could write a review for him. He walked into Fairway to test drive a car he loved; unfortunately he was waiting to be paid from a job he had just completed for our Uncle to have enough cash to pay without requiring a loan. The salesmen, (we believe his name is Rick, but we cannot remember...) offered to hold the car at what my brother could afford to give him. The car had a small dent in the front driver's side fender. We were assured that the dent would be fixed and available after 12:00 noon Monday when my brother would pay cash, it was Friday. On our way back to the dealership, Monday, my brother called (Rick?) and asked if the dent had been fixed. He told my bother no, but he had made arrangements for his repair guy to come visit our home and repair the dent within the week. My brother purchased, but we had in writing, a legal document, that the dent would be fixed at our home and billed to Fairway Auto. The repair man come Saturday evening and fixed the dent. Not only did he fix the minor one on the fender he fixed two other very small hail dents on the left side. The only reason we gave Wholesale 4 stars is because the dent was not completed before we paid for the car. Otherwise the car is great and my brother would recommend this used car dealership to others. PS. Do not be alarmed when you arrive. The dealership is in a warehouse type business center
